 I really enjoy drinking organic tea. However, I am quite sensitive to the caffeine found in coffee and teas.  Now that the weather is warmer, I decided to get some highlights in my hair. In order to preserve the color and protect my fine hair, I tried using Nature's Gate Organic Fruit Blend Grapefruit and Wild Ginger Conditioner.  When I think of my elementary school days, I remember having a lot of fun playing with friends.  "I love it, I love it... Mommy buy more." This usually gets me to stock up on whatever favorite food fad my kids are having at the moment. However, once I stock up on whatever item it is, they soon become tired of eating it. So, I've learned to exercise restraint in stockpiling supposedly favorite foods and encourage them to try new nutritional snacks and foods.
Today, we tried Edward and Sons Exotic Rice Toast (Thai Red Rice and Flaxseeds) Grain Squares. It is gluten free with 0g trans fat. We loved the thin crispy taste of the slightly toasted and salted grain squares (aka crackers). We finished the box in less than ten minutes (which is okay since there is only 240 calories in a box). Flaxseed embedded in snacks are great because I always forget to add flaxseed in foods that I'm preparing for meals.
