Pie crust: 2 1/2 cup of organic flour, 2 sticks of organic butter and 1/2 cup of water
Pie crust dough: Mix the ingredients using a blender (set in low) until crumbs form. Place the dough in a container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out the pie dough onto a glass pie container.
Apple pie filling: 2 cups of sliced organic apples, 1/2 cup of organic sugar, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of organic flour and 2 tablespoon of organic butter.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place all of the apple pie ingredients onto the pie crust. Place pie dough cover (design the pie dough top based on your own preference). Rub the pie dough top with a thin coat of organic butter. Bake for 40-50 minutes (covered with aluminum foil or another glass pie container). Remove pie cover and bake for 2 minutes.
